COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
As we begin to re-open our clinics, we are putting your health and safety first with our revised clinic protocols. Rest assured that we are making AS clinics safe spaces for the community.
All patients, staff, visitors and other personnel will be required to wear a mask within the clinic facilities. Those not wearing masks will not be allowed to enter the clinic.
TEMPERATURE CHECK
Patients, guests and staff are required to have their temperatures taken. The staff will have theirs recorded and monitored twice daily.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Social distancing in common areas will be strictly implemented.
PROPER HYGIENE
The staff is required and reminded to practice proper hygiene. This includes proper hand washing and sanitizing of hands regularly and not touching the face especially eyes, nose and mouth area.
DISINFECTING FOOT SOAKS
Shoes need to be sanitized in the disinfecting foot soaks before patients, staff and visitors enter the clinic.
PROTECTIVE GEAR
All AS Staff and Doctors will wear the appropriate protective gear during clinic hours
DESIGNATED PPE & SANITATION ROOM
A room in the clinic will be exclusively assigned as the disinfecting room. All preparation for COVID-19 precautionary measures for the staff will be done here including temperature checking of staff
CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
AS Clinic follows the CDC Guidelines in Cleaning and Disinfection.
DISINFECTION DURING CLINIC HOURS
Cleaning and disinfection of common areas will be done regularly all throughout the day. This includes cleaning and disinfecting furniture, countertops, doorknobs, light switches, tables, chairs and gadgets.
FREQUENT DISINFECTION OF DOCTOR’S OFFICE & TREATMENT ROOMS
Once a patient leaves the room, there will be a 15 minute interval for our staff to clean and disinfect the rooms before the next patient is seen.
UV LIGHT DISINFECTION
UV Disinfection will be done on a daily basis, before and after clinic hours.
AIR PURIFIERS
Air purifiers with HEPA filters will be stationed in the reception area and other common areas inside the clinics.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
During scheduling of appointment, you will be asked a series of questions. If you answer a YES to any of these questions, we will automatically reschedule your appointment after two weeks.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Here are some friendly reminders about the the safety precautions all patients must comply with while inside the clinic premises to ensure the health and well-being of everybody.

Please arrive exactly on time to avoid overcrowding. We can only accept a limited number of patients inside the clinic at any given time.
Waiting at the reception area (before or after the appointment) is highly discouraged.
If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, we will request that you to wait in your car.
All persons entering the clinic will be required to wear a face mask.
We encourage patients who are young and able to come to the clinic alone so as not to overload the waiting areas.
Only one companion is allowed in the waiting area.
A temperature check will be done before entering AS clinics.
You will be required to soak your shoes in a disinfecting foot mat prior to entering the clinic.
A questionnaire will be given at the clinic entrance regarding medical and travel history (*Data Privacy Law will be applied). You will be asked to sign a waiver for compliance.
After the consultation, treatment and settling of the bill, patients are encouraged to leave the clinic immediately and head home.
We strongly advise for patients not to wear any make-up or jewellery during their appointment.
Please bring your own water bottle.
We discourage the use of mobile phones while inside the clinic to lessen the surface to surface transfer of viruses, bacteria and other harmful microbes.
