Dr. Kat Crisostomo brings her expertise in rehabilitation, functional, and traditional oriental medicine to the Aesthetic Science Clinic. She has been working as an Aesthetic Physician since 2019, where her hands-on experience spans a variety of procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, and microneedling.
Since joining the team, Dr. Kat has expanded her skills in injectables, needle-based procedures, and the latest electronic devices in aesthetic medicine. Her current favorite treatments include Pico Laser, Fractional Laser, and the Ultraformer MPT, the newest technology from South Korea.
Beyond her practice, Dr. Kat is deeply committed to her professional growth. As an active member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Philippine Medical Association, she continuously enriches her knowledge and skills, ensuring that her patients receive the best care.
Dr. Kat is an achiever and doer who leads a healthy and active lifestyle through pilates, yoga, tennis, and pickleball. Embodying her dedication to holistic wellness, it’s a perfect match for Aesthetic Science Clinic’s ideals. This isn’t surprising since she was part of the UP Touch Football team and the UP College of Medicine Track and Field team in the past. The valuable lessons drawn from sports? Teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and the importance of goal-setting parallel her attitude towards her work as an aesthetic doctor.
